Bellevue Passive House

The home meets the rigorous standards of Passive House design, an approach that dramatically reduces the energy needed to heat and cool a building through a highly insulated, airtight envelope, high-performance windows, and carefully controlled ventilation. The result is a home that uses significantly less energy while maintaining a comfortable, healthy interior throughout the year.

Construction is expected to complete late summer / fall 2026.

Architect: Whitney Architecture

The first Passive House we’ve built together as the 3BLC team, this new home in Bellevue is designed to connect the client with the wooded landscape that surrounds it. Set alongside a small natural ravine, the home opens toward views of mature trees, bringing daylight and a sense of the outdoors deep into the living spaces.
