Working with us is a little different–as a democratically run, employee-owned builder, our culture and structure offer staff a more welcoming work environment in which growth and ownership are encouraged and fostered.

That means:

  • Every full-time or ¾ time staff member is eligible for ownership after two years, should they be interested. The path to co-ownership is supported and collaborative, complete with mentoring to facilitate a path into an active and productive future ownership role.

  • Our benefits package is created by staff for staff, which means it is broader and more generous than most. Our benefits include medical and dental coverage, paid time off (including your birthday), a 401K, tool, clothing and education stipends, as well as profit sharing.

  • Our company culture is highly collaborative and communicative. Our co-op structure means your future colleagues are always ready to seek and offer support, sharing in challenges and victories equally to make the work that much more effortless and productive.

  • Creating the kind of culture in which our staff feels appreciated and heard is an ongoing process—as a team, we've committed to normalizing conversations to continually optimize our working environment. This makes our work together more fun, more equitable, and more effective.
